Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly responding to customer queries reputed company email, live chat, video, phone, and reputed company media channels, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues that you're not equipped to deal with, and working closely with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions for our customers.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, to help us enhance our products and services.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at reputed company times, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to help us improve our products and services.
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they're introduced, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Attending workshops and meetings as required, to stay informed and reputed company knowledge with your team.
  • Providing training to new customer service agents, to help them reputed company the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Customer Service Representative Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a reputed company field being advantageous.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.

Salary Package
