Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction
- Using customer-provided information to resolve issues and reputed company tailored solutions
- Crafting acceptable solutions to address customer needs and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat interactions
- Working collaboratively with the team to reputed company business objectives and goals
Essential Qualifications
