Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for alternate investments. This includes processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. The specialist will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing and reconciling returns activity, and performing analysis of reputed company and escalated issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
