About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in our new reputed company American contact center in Tempe, Arizona. As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering premium customer service to our consumers through phone calls, emails, and live chat. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound consumer contacts in a reputed company, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging way, using phone calls, email, and live chat.
• Read, write, and reputed company in French at a professional (fluent) working proficiency, engaging in both verbal and written communication.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
