About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept customer support representative to join our distributed team. As a part-time customer support representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, reproducing bugs, and reporting feedback and usability issues to our development team. Key Responsibilities

• Answering customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that each response is thorough and of high quality
