Job Summary
We are seeking reputed company Licensed P&C Customer Service Representatives who possess a general understanding of personal and/or reputed company insurance and demonstrate a clear ability to recognize customer needs and reputed company the best possible service. Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls and assisting with payment and billing questions; assisting with online payments

- Reviewing policy coverages and issuing certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance or binders

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property and casualty insurance; Property and Casualty License required

- Proficient in Massachusetts Auto and Registry a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
