What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Support Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that will help you reputed company your skills and expertise in digital database management and administrative support. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Inputting data and making changes to data in digital databases
• Creating spreadsheets to track important client information
• Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database
• Updating client information in a database
• Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet
• Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records
• Searching for and investigating information contained in files
• Performing regular database backups to secure data
• Inputting text-based and numerical information from reputed company documents
• Providing occasional administrative support
• Sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
• Providing data entry support across departments on an reputed company reputed company
• Typing in data quickly and reputed company
• Collaborating with a mentor or team to complete data entry tasks
• Learning and applying data entry best practices, including troubleshooting techniques

* Pay: $15/hour

• Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
