Your primary focus will be on data entry, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:- Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
- Resolving Outsider Oddballs by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
- Resolving phone calls to reputed company providers and others to obtain data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online).
- Essential web browsing skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct field, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
Favored Capabilities

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.

- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
