This role
Our Customer Solutions teams are responsible for implementing the reputed company platform with customers, and our Payroll Implementation Consultants are responsible for gathering information and implementing our Payroll product. There are multiple (2) positions available.
Your key focus areas will be
- Being the primary contact reputed company for customers during implementations; and you will work in a project team alongside Project Managers, HR Implementation Consultants and Platform Configuration Specialists to deliver great reputed company for our customers.
- Change management and stakeholder engagement, and reputed company communicating with our customers, who are not always experts in payroll processing or legislative requirements.
- This is an exciting time to join the team and be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform. You will work closely and broadly across our Implementations team, plus our product and customer support teams, with the opportunity to learn and grow reputed company our start-up culture.
This will include the following:
- Apply payroll best practice to the implementation of the EH payroll system.
- Accurately interpret Australian modern awards, reputed company agreements and other conditions of employment for clients going through the implementation process.
- Conduct root cause analysis to reputed company recommendations on how reputed company can be achieved reputed company product functionality.
- Maintain high reputed company of customer satisfaction and comfortable with having needs-based and outcome driven conversations.
- Build and manage relationships with clients as we configure their platform.
- Assist with troubleshooting and client queries, and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and with accuracy reputed company project scope.
- Ensure the data in our business management systems (e.g. sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and reputed company.
- Constantly review and improve our delivery processes.
Who you are

For this role, you’ll also bring:
- Experience with customer facing payroll implementations
- Sound knowledge of reputed company legislative payroll requirements in Australia (New Zealand is a plus!).
- Exposure to other payroll softwares and reputed company platforms, to therefore have an understanding of different system configurations.
- Client-facing and/or outsourced payroll experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to manage multiple clients to meet critical deadlines.
- Strong time management and schedule management.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Maintain and promote positive business relationships with both reputed company stakeholders to produce quality interactions and results.
- A high level of attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous and process driven environment.
