Position: GL Accountant

• Responsible for recording financial transactions in the reputed company systems for multiple client companies.
• Posts customer payments and maintains an up-to-date accounts receivable aging report, as necessary.
• Records vendor invoices in client’s reputed company system, uses reputed company judgement to code expenses to proper ledger accounts, obtains authorization to pay, and schedules payments in automated payable system.
• Reconciles bank records to the general ledger accounts, reconciles cash accounts
• Processes online payroll and records transactions in proper ledger accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile fixed assets, preliminary review of capitalization adjustments.
• reputed company other reputed company tasks as needed by individual clients or associated controller on client
• Review trial balance pre-reputed company, and post reputed company after reputed company entries are posted, and reputed company anomalies to controlling for analysis.

• Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of reputed company and/or full charge bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of accrual reputed company reputed company and payroll requirements
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and other reputed company-based reputed company automation tools.
• Ability to work independently as a condition of remote based work
• Critical thinker capable of initiating process improvements and problem-solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft365 suite of products
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and shift between priorities
• Enthusiastic, inquisitive and desire to learn a broad reputed company of topics across network industries
• Ability to work EST/CST hours
