As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, helping them troubleshoot and resolve their insurance-reputed company inquiries.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making reputed company, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma
- A designated workspace and internet capability to work from home

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
