Job Summary
As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. This is a fast-paced insurance-based program requiring commitment to member reputed company needs. The Program services an elderly and disabled community, and we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service, providing empathetic and solution-focused support
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that reputed company records are up-to-date and accurate
- Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that you're always equipped to reputed company the best possible support to our customers

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
