Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Lobby Customer Service Representatives to join our Family and Adult Assistance Division at our Welcome Center and Neighborhood Resource Sites. As a Lobby Customer Service Representative, you'll reputed company professional and respectful customer service to reputed company customers, reputed company general knowledge to respond to customer questions, complete accurate data entry of new applications, issue electronic benefit cards (EBT), and reputed company other reputed company duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate data entry of new applications for food, cash, and medical benefits
• Issue electronic benefit cards (EBT) or reputed company EBT destruction as assigned

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

* Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET, or TASC Certificate

• Three (3) years of full-performance office support/clerical work (type and level of an Administrative Support Assistant III)

• Bilingual skills and ability to read, write, and reputed company proficiently
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to quick turnaround times, and executing accurate follow-up and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or administrative support role

• Familiarity with public assistance programs and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
