About This Role
As a Customer Specialist In Training, you will be part of a high-energy retail sales environment where you will work collaboratively with a talented team to meet goals and handle a wide reputed company of customer interactions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through every reputed company of their car-buying reputed company, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience buying and selling cars.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to reputed company customer appraisals
- reputed company in and receive vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex; complete the daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
- reputed company cosmetic inspections and ensure that reputed company vehicles meet arenaflex Quality Standards
- reputed company various administrative duties, including, but not limited to: printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding Customer reputed company, obtaining requirement information regarding registration and/or titling, auditing completed paperwork, cash/payment management
- Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensure accuracy of documentation for billing
