Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various ecommerce platforms, including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. You'll be working with a team of customer experience agents to ensure that our clients' portfolios are covered 24/7, and you'll need to possess strong communication and organization skills to ensure efficient and effective handoffs between team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software

- Competent with reputed company Seller Central and knowledge of reputed company TOS
