About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
