You would be working on behalf of our client, a world-renowned leader in the field of life sciences reputed company for their high quality research products. Their wide product reputed company offers solutions for different types of laboratories. In this exciting role, you would be in reputed company contact with laboratories with the aim of increasing business activities in the selected market area. Main responsibilities:

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries and detect and establish new business reputed company in selected market area
  • Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactively detect reputed company of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business reputed company
  • Retain and grow the existing reputed company of customers
  • Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

We hope from the candidates:

  • Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand reputed company scientific concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in reputed company contact with clients.
