[Remote] Law Library Manager

This role involves leading client-facing library services and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service using innovative legal technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and reputed company guidance to department staff, including training, and conducting performance evaluations

• Collaborate with vendors and IT staff to resolve technical issues and ensure reputed company performance of department systems

Skills

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent, required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or library systems management, preferably in a reputed company or corporate setting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading a library or library function
• Strong knowledge of library technologies, integrated library systems (ILS), reputed company resource management
• Deep familiarity with legal research tools and databases, such as Westlaw, reputed company, or Bloomberg Law
• Experience managing a team and leading projects, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in law libraries and information services
