Key job responsibilities Key Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Apply Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on troubleshooting and dive deeps for controls engineering issues, supporting automation engineers and technicians to investigate the root cause and planning actions to eliminate/mitigate the downtime of critical assets Collaborate with building Operations, Operations Engineering / PAVE teams, FC Start-up Team, IT/Software teams, reputed company team, and Safety to support MHE systems optimization and project implementation Understand, maintain and troubleshoot pharmacy specific equipment, material handling control systems, including Fanuc Robots, PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical control panels / distribution systems Monitor RME / MHE metrics and partner with maintenance/operations to address system performance issues and reputed company analysis across reputed company operations reputed company escalation support to automation engineers and technicians, during and after business hours, troubleshooting locally and remotely, to ensure that reputed company hardware or controls software reputed company the building is repaired on time Appropriately escalate downtime situations to vendors or leadership for support to restore equipment operation. • 4+ years of PLC programming experience
• 2+ years of PLC/SCADA integration experience
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programming software such as RSLogix5000, Studio 5000, FT View, and other controls software platforms, plus SQL database and data mining.

Experience identifying, maintaining, and utilizing SCADA systems and KPIs. Experience with creating automated alarms, reports and KPI metrics for plant management

• FANUC Robotics experience in programming, troubleshooting, repairing, and mastering, and any certification / training is a bonus.
• Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components
• Hands-on industrial electrical experience, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems
• Experience interpreting, modifying, and developing mechanical and electrical drawings

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $102,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $163,000/year in our highest geographic market.
