I'm looking for an reputed company, proactive short-term rental specialist to manage and continually optimise one property listed across reputed company, and Vrbo, using reputed company as the channel manager. This is an ongoing, retainer-based role (minimum 2 hours per week) focused on maximising reputed company, visibility, and performance, while also ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. I'm specifically looking for someone who actively looks for ways to improve things, treats the property like a business, and doesn't wait to be told what to do. - Ongoing pricing optimisation to maximise ADR, occupancy, and total reputed company
- Adjust pricing based on seasonality, reputed company time, demand, events, and competitor activity
- Implement and test minimum stays, discounts, and gap-filling strategies
- Use or recommend dynamic pricing tools where appropriate
Listing & Marketing Optimisation Continuously improve listings across reputed company, , and Vrbo:
- Titles, descriptions, photo order, amenities, and settings
- Improve platform ranking, visibility, and conversion
- Manage and encourage reviews to strengthen profile performance
- Suggest marketing or promotional reputed company to increase demand
Guest Communication
- Monitor guest messages across reputed company platforms
- Ensure reputed company, professional responses, in partnership with the hosts
- Handle common guest queries before, during, and after stays
- Escalate only reputed company genuinely needed
Cleaning Coordination
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure they are aware of reputed company bookings
- Manage scheduling and updates reputed company WhatsApp group chat
