Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for providing phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty drug treatment. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues reputed company to their medication orders. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and handle new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and updating patient benefits

  • Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of medication orders

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Essential Qualifications

* Active IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License

  • One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone

  • One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency
