Job Summary

As a Part Time Remote Customer Support Specialist - Marketplace, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with marketplace-reputed company inquiries and issues. You'll work closely with our Marketplace Manager - Email to resolve customer concerns, reputed company solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns.

  • Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention by negotiating reasonable solutions that benefit both the company and the customer.
  • Collaborate with the Processing Department team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer issues, communicating them to management to inform business reputed company and improve processes.

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience, with call center experience a plus.

  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multitask (e.g., talk on the phone and type notes at the same time).

Internet Connectivity Guidelines
