Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions. You'll be knowledgeable in reputed company areas of the store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You'll take orders, coordinate activities in the store, reputed company pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate reputed company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions

- Take reputed company customer orders using order systems and reputed company accurate pricing information

- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
- Ensure confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages
- Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
- Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
- Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
- Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
