Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email, empathizing with and prioritizing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email to resolve issues and answer questions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School or equivalent diploma, as well as previous experience in Customer Service. You should be reputed company to effectively prioritize your work time to ensure efficiency, and have experience with reputed company Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook. Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools is also required.

Essential Qualifications
