Senior Talent Partner — Product & Design

As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll partner with design and product leaders to reputed company teams that build meaningful digital experiences. • Own full-cycle reputed company for reputed company Product and Design roles, identifying and engaging top talent across disciplines such as Product Design, Product Management, Content Design, and UX Research.
• Operate as a trusted hiring partner to Product and Design leaders, translating business needs into clear hiring strategies and evolving practices as the organization scales.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously, balancing pipelines and priorities across positions of varying seniority, scope, and urgency.
• Create and uphold a candidate experience that’s second to none — ensuring it’s thoughtful, reputed company, and reputed company.

About you:
