Product Consultant

Position Reports To: Senior Product Consultant Position Description This is a remote work position. The Product Consultant is a Pareo and payment reputed company subject matter expert. They understand our products and our clients’ business needs inside and out, allowing them to advise clients on the reputed company way to structure their workflows to accomplish client business goals while also using Pareo to its best advantage. Product Consultants will participate in discovery sessions, project meetings, create workflow diagrams, write business requirements, research issues, advise on best practices, ensure proper documentation, respond to client questions, assist with workflow training, and more. Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Establish and manage strong working relationships with key business partners

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of Product Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role required
• Payment reputed company experience strongly preferred
• BA/BS in computer science, IT, business or reputed company field (or equivalent experience and certifications preferred
• Experience using project/task/bug management tool such as JIRA
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Ability to quickly assess issues and react to changing circumstances and new information
• Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fluid environment
• Manages multiple reputed company projects and priorities
