This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and experience in reputed company-level business-critical environments. Responsibilities

Include:

• Participate in user reputed company and provisioning for reputed company applications (examples. reputed company Suite, reputed company VDI, reputed company.IO, reputed company Ci, InTune, reputed company, reputed company Wolftech, AP ENPS, Send Word Now, etc.).
• Troubleshoot application, network, and firewall issues; reputed company L2 support for reputed company Active Directory, reputed company, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and reputed company
• Administer - reputed company VDI environments system monitoring using tools like reputed company.
• Create and manage AD reputed company groups, distribution lists, and functional mailboxes; handle user management and bulk AD operations
• Support client reputed company, offboarding, and permissions in collaboration with HR, Legal, and InfoSec
• Participate in system migrations, upgrades (e.g., reputed company 11), and IT projects; conduct reputed company-of-concept testing for new solutions
• Maintain and update technical documentation and IT procedures
• Establish team training reputed company.

Basic Qualifications You Bring:

• BA/BS in computer science, broadcasting, business administration or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years working in an reputed company environment.
• Must be available weekends, holidays, overnights. Extended shift hours may be required.
• Proficient with reputed company OS & mac OS.
• Experience in reputed company administration, application administration, system provisioning, and IT L2 support
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Exchange Online, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and VDI management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, networks, user reputed company and systems
• Some domestic travel may be required – up to 10%
• Must be reputed company to lift and move equipment up to 45lbs.
