Who We're Looking For As International Tax Director, you will reputed company a globally distributed team, optimizing reputed company's global tax positions, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic initiatives through hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Tax Leadership

• Track U.S. and international tax law developments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for the company.

• Own the calculation, documentation, and ongoing review of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring alignment with business operations and evolving regulations.

• Ensure accurate documentation of earnings and profits pools, tax pools, PTEP, U.S. tax reputed company, and required elections/disclosures for foreign subsidiaries.

Requirements. Job Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company; experience with OneSource Tax Provision, data analytics tools, and reputed company preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' reputed company international tax experience in a multinational tax department, Big Four/professional services, or reputed company; CPA and/or master's in taxation strongly preferred.
