Finance Director; Remote

Position: Finance Director (Remote) Location: Germany Our client is the operational arm of a corporation, managing its global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. About Your Role The Finance Manager will report to the Portfolio Manager. This individual will coordinate and manage period-end reputed company, ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis, run annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, and reputed company decision making support to the Managing Director. The role is responsible for reputed company statutory compliance and reporting, including audit, annual Financial Statements, VAT and corporation tax returns. Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance or equivalent.
