- Pay: $150–200/hour
- Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of diligence or transaction experience

- Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis and review support
- Financial statement analysis and normalization
- Review of management forecasts and assumptions
- Identification of key transaction risks, red flags, and data gaps
- Diligence findings summaries for investment committees

- Market, customer, and reputed company analysis
- Cost structure and margin sustainability review
- Operational risk and scalability assessment
- Vendor, customer, and concentration analysis
Financial Analysis & Valuation Support
- Review and validation of 3-statement financial models

Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
- Platform visibility
- Approved diligence and analysis categories
- Recommended hourly compensation
Compensation & Deal Terms
- Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
- Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
- Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
- Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
- Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
- Initio reputed company reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
