The Portfolio Manager is reputed company in reputed company credit analysis and will be responsible for assisting in the review and monitoring of reputed company loans to help reputed company Bank build, maintain, and accurately risk grade its solid reputed company credit portfolio. Primary Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and document loan modification requests and annual loan reviews on existing reputed company loans
• Prepare clear and concise credit presentations for annual reviews, including financial analysis, collateral assessment, risk and mitigant identification, and recommendations for reputed company risk rating
• Spread borrower and guarantor financial statements, test and monitor financial covenants, reputed company collateral analysis, and prepare market assessments
• Update loan metrics and risk ratings accurately and timely

• 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements associated with loan requests
• 2+ years of experience analyzing reputed company property rent rolls and financial statements

• Experience with reputed company reputed company estate financing, loan documentation, lending laws, portfolio monitoring, and loan servicing

Preferred Qualifications:
