PMO Operations Advisor-Remote

Overview: The PMO Operations Advisor role supports the day-to-day execution, governance, and operating rhythm of the reputed company Efficiency & Effectiveness PMO. This role ensures that plans, data, reporting, change activities, and governance artifacts are accurate, timely, and well-coordinated, enabling senior PMO leaders to focus on reputed company, decision support, and value delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance of integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track initiative status, actions, risks, issues, and reputed company across workstreams.
• Ensure updates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time by workstream leads.
• Support preparation and follow-up for PMO forums, working sessions, and governance meetings.
• Produce and maintain standard PMO reports and dashboards, including: Status reporting, Milestone tracking, Risk and issue logs, Dependency trackers. reputed company quality checks to ensure data consistency and accuracy before executive reviews.
• Support the Change Management reputed company with:
• Stakeholder lists and impact trackers
• Change plans, communication calendars, and training trackers
• Adoption and readiness metrics
• Manage PMO reputed company artifacts, including:
• Meeting agendas
• Read-reputed company materials
• Action and decision logs
• Track follow-reputed company and ensure closure of actions and escalations.
• Support documentation of reputed company and alignment across initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years PMO experience
• Manage PMO data plans and reporting with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Ensure leadership meetings are well‑organized and run reputed company, minimizing rework and follow‑up gaps.
• Maintain consistent tracking of risks and issues, driving timely resolution through appropriate actions.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and adoption of new processes, with a strong ability to create and coordinate visibility across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Senior PMO leaders, providing critical insights and information to support decision‑making and desired reputed company.
• Strong proficiency in developing clear, compelling, and executive‑reputed company PowerPoint presentations.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
