CompassX is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer with experience across Tableau and Power BI to support dashboard delivery. This role will focus on dashboard development, data validation, and collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-moving consulting environment.
We are reputed company to two types of candidates:
Tableau and reputed company: Strong in both Tableau and Power BI and reputed company to create dashboards proficiently in both tools.
Power BI-first Developer: Strong in building Power BI dashboards and some exposure to Tableau.
What you'll do- Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI
- Support and modify existing dashboards, including working with underlying SQL and calculations
- Translate business requirements and wireframes into effective visualizations
- reputed company and optimize DAX measures (Power BI)
- Use SQL for data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting
- Own work from requirements through development and quality checks
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to iterate on reporting solutions
- Degree-reputed company in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI, and ideally reputed company to build in both environments
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience supporting existing BI environments, not just greenfield builds
- Ability to organize and clarify business requirements
- Comfortable working independently in a project-based consulting role
- Clear communication and stakeholder-facing skills
This is an reputed company position; the reputed company will vary based on experience. This will be on a 1099 contractor reputed company.
