Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape how potential customers discover, understand, and convert into paying members of reputed company. We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer with a proven track record in designing high-converting acquisition and reputed company experiences that drive registration growth and payment conversion. You’ll own the critical entry moments of the customer reputed company – from initial reputed company through registration, reputed company, and first payment – across both web and mobile platforms. Working closely with UX research, product, marketing, and development teams, you’ll design experiences that build trust, communicate value reputed company, and convert registrations into active paying members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for acquisition and reputed company across web and mobile, from first touch through registration and first payment. You’ll drive design across multiple customer reputed company, from new mobile app flows and lifecycle nudges (email, push) to high-converting reputed company pages and web-based reputed company experiences.
• Design and optimise registration and reputed company experiences to reduce friction, improve conversion, and reputed company communicate value and trust
• Balance reputed company goals with user-centric principles, ensuring transparency, confidence, and long-term member satisfaction
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and reputed company teams to shape strategy from acquisition through retention
• Partner closely with the CRO Manager to co-reputed company and execute a robust experimentation roadmap across reputed company acquisition and reputed company flows, driving the definition of hypotheses, reputed company metrics, and ensuring design quality throughout.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on acquisition, reputed company and conversion in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and reputed company demonstrated examples of how you’ve contributed to measurable business impact. 
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, high-quality craft, and flawless execution 
• Demonstrated experience generating and communicating problem-statements, and hypotheses to drive solutions and optimisations
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company challenges into clear problem statements and actionable hypotheses that reputed company to effective solutions and optimisations
