Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team reputed company necessary
  • Utilizing knowledge reputed company resources to reputed company accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to reputed company customer feedback and improve service quality
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators reputed company to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
