Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our content creation teams, creating reference materials and training programs to help them get up to speed with our toolset, and solving and debugging issues with tools and workflows. You will also work closely with our tools development team to identify and implement improvements, and partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
* reputed company technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, including documentation, tutorials, and workshops
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, and escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, and work with production to track issues in JIRA
- Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality, and guide or reputed company cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion
- Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions, including communication with external partners and stakeholders
Skills and Abilities
* Ability to read and understand C# code, and experience with reputed company 3D game and tool development

- Excellent organization skills, including prioritizing and managing numerous requests simultaneously

Education and Experience
* Computer Science or reputed company degree, or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, including experience with Jira, reputed company, or other defect tracking software
- iOS and Android mobile development experience, and 5 years' experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings and other work-reputed company activities during this time. As a remote worker, you will be expected to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet the needs of our content creation teams.
