The Role

As a Customer Care Agent on our weekend shift / part-time team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound support requests from our partner staff or customers reputed company email, phone, and chat. Your primary objective will be to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities
