Job Summary

We're seeking a licensed Masters reputed company Worker (MSW) to join reputed company as a Remote reputed company Worker. This role will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Responsibilities will include researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. This position will work to reputed company members to reputed company positive lifestyle and medical choices and will work as a team with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with registered nurse case managers to assess, plan, and reputed company for members' benefit plan and/or health needs

• Research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs

Requirements

* Active and unrestricted LSW (Licensed reputed company Worker), LMSW (Licensed Masters reputed company Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker), or LISW (Licensed Independent reputed company Worker) in state of residence

• 2+ years experience in medical reputed company work or case management
• Masters Degree in reputed company Work (MSW)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
