Job Summary

As a Remote reputed company Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. You'll work with patients to explain their medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances, reputed company while maintaining a high level of reputed company and understanding. Key Responsibilities:

* Using reputed company and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing and often unexpected medical bills

• Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone
• Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems throughout each day
• Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team focus
• Continuously improving, with supportive coaching/feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training

What You'll Need:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in software systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
