Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide reputed company of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team.   • Follow up on missing information to process claims reputed company

* Experience with claims management systems or similar software

  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or data entry (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
