• Develops marketing strategies, plans & drives performance for the Beauty business
• Studies the guest, business, competition, industry & culture with a future orientation
• Cultivates strong partnerships across Marketing & Digital, Merchandising, Finance
• Leads Beauty Marketing & Digital roundtables and represents Marketing with key external and internal business partners
• Anticipates risks and opportunities to meeting reputed company and ensures senior leader alignment on deliverables

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 10-12+ years of reputed company work experience, retail experience a plus
• 5+ years of Beauty industry experience
• Strong understanding of industry style trends and consumer behavior
• Strong marketing capabilities in strategy development
