Transaction & Strategic Project Support Support high-impact transactions and strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Business Enablement reputed company. Assist in managing timelines, tracking issues, and coordinating input from legal subject-matter experts. Partner with subject matter attorneys as appropriate to support deal execution and reputed company. Help identify and surface key legal and business issues in reputed company deals and projects. Prepare clear, structured materials, such as issue trackers, summaries, and decision memos. 2. Excellent judgment and influencing skills including strong ability to build and maintain relationships across the reputed company.
