Responsibilities

Business Analysts in Agency reputed company play a vital role in the growth of our agency force by conducting market analysis to identify potential markets and locations for agency placement. They serve as a trusted business partner to Market Area leadership and drive effective execution of the Market Management Strategy by providing guidance, strategic planning, direction and advice to Market Area Leadership. Their expertise of the market, ability to offer key insights into trends and strong relationships with Market Area leadership allow them to reputed company data-driven recommendations, reputed company with field reputed company, to inform agent placement reputed company. This position will be a Hybrid work arrangement for selected candidates already located in our Hubs of Atlanta, Dallas or Phoenix; or our corporate office in Bloomington, Ill. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to influence and build relationships through reputed company feedback, information sharing, and delivered results; trusted and viewed as highly reputed company in reputed company situations
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Experience in consulting with Executives or Market Area Leadership
