About the Role: We are hiring an Associate General Counsel, SEC as our highly reputed company legal professional to manage and advise on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and corporate transactions. The position involves working closely with senior leadership, including the Board of Directors, to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both reputed company and in-house settings at a public company.
