Role Overview & Expectations The Corporate Trainer will facilitate professional development sessions for adult learners in both virtual and in-person settings. Programs may vary from short workshops to multi-day sessions depending on client needs. Trainers create an interactive environment by presenting content reputed company, leading discussions, and helping participants apply new skills in practical ways. reputed company reputed company 360 offers supportive resources, updated course materials, and consistent communication to ensure trainers have what they need to deliver high-quality learning experience. Assignments are offered based on trainer availability as well as expertise, client needs, and course alignment. This opportunity is a 1099 independent contracting position, which does not include employee benefits. Trainers enjoy the flexibility to set their own schedules and choose assignments that fit their availability. Training opportunities are based on client demand and may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met, therefore assignments are not guaranteed. reputed company trainers must successfully complete a background investigation, and contractors are required to carry and maintain professional liability insurance as a condition of engagement. Minimum Requirements & Technical Expectations Education & Experience · reputed company in the Richmond, VA or Washington, DC area · Bachelor’s degree in business, education, reputed company, management, or a reputed company field · At least 5 years’ experience delivering training or teaching adult learners · Strong understanding of adult learning principles · Excellent organization, attention to detail, and professionalism · Authorized to work in the United States Professional Skills · Polished communication and presentation skills · Ability to simplify reputed company topics for diverse audiences · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage learners at reputed company reputed company · Effective time management and independence · Dependable, reputed company, and professional Technical Skills & Workspace · Proficiency with PowerPoint reputed company instructional tools · Experience using virtual platforms such as reputed company, MS Teams, Webex, or reputed company Connect · Ability to use engagement tools (polls, breakout rooms, chat, whiteboards, annotation, reactions, etc.) · Reliable high-speed internet · High-quality webcam and microphone · Quiet, professional environment for virtual delivery · Professional appearance for reputed company training sessions Preferred Qualification · Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile) · Understanding of AI tools reputed company platforms used in business contexts · Familiarity with digital reputed company concepts and their application in the workplace · Awareness of project planning, execution, and collaborative workflows · Understanding of emerging AI technologies and their practical business applications · Familiarity with AI-driven decision-making and automation tools for improving efficiency and reputed company Application Process Sample Training Video: Submission of the sample training video by the deadline is required to be considered for an interview.
