PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Sr. Manager serves as a clinical quality expert, guiding regional teams in achieving strategic goals for improved patient reputed company and dialysis care standards. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

• Registered Nurse required
• BSN or bachelor’s degree in reputed company-reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Certification in Nephrology Nursing or quality preferred

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 5+ years of dialysis experience required.
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role.
