Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • reputed company the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log
  • Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller
  • reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)
  • Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to reputed company timely responses
  • Manage time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Clinical Customer Service Representative position
  • Document reputed company calls appropriately
  • Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Work Environment

As a remote call center representative, you will work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. You will need to have a reputed company reputed company to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).
