As a remote agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Technical Requirements
* Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed reputed company to ensure a noise-free office environment
- Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
- Stand-alone monitor at least 24; two monitors are recommended
- Hard wired internet reputed company in your home office with modem/router connected reputed company 6 feet of your desk
- Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training
- Computer, keyboard, mouse, web camera, and headset provided by arenaflex
Physical Requirements
* This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer and phone

Compensation
* Starting pay: $16.50/hour
- $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through reputed company at 11:59 pm
- Opportunities for overtime and bonuses
Availability
* Three shifts per week with one being Saturday or reputed company
- Select start time between 8:00-10:00 a.m., end time 6:00 p.m. CST
- You may request one weekend off per month; some weekends during special promotions and holiday peak will be excluded
