Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated reputed company Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time, rotational shift reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a positive brand reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter
