Job Overview

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote position based in Illinois, offering the flexibility to work from home while taking on challenging and rewarding responsibilities. The role involves working Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm CST. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Primary Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather support data, ensuring invoice accuracy and resolving specific billing discrepancies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to work Monday- Friday, 07:30AM - 04:00PM CST.
